Thanks to Weddings by Amy, we were are to pass this on to you. This weekend is the Brides Against Breast Cancer Gown Sale. It will be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego!    The event is 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. both days. The sale provides brides the opportunity to purchase a new, name-brand gown. Most gown prices range from $89 to $799, including hundreds of new name brand and designer gowns valued up to $8,000. All of the money raised benefits the Dream Fulfillment Fund of Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation. The money is used to grant wishes for women facing the end of their battle with breast cancer.   Admission is Free 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both February 22 23, 2008.   

• From 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., the Pink Power Hour hosted by Jewell Entertainment will provide brides the opportunity to avoid the crowds by donating $20 in order to be the first in the door. After 10:00, the event is open to the public and brides can enjoy over 1500 wedding gowns in all shapes, styles and sizes.    
• Brides Goodie Bags - The first 250 brides will be given a Brides Goodie Bag.  
• Making Memories will be bringing their new collection of 30 beautiful quilts with them to the San Diego stop of the tour. These quilts have been made from the fabrics of gowns that were soiled or damaged by quilters from all around the United States. Select quilts have been chosen to be a part of the first traveling exhibit.
